Echigoya Sandayu
(Lunch combo - Saba)
An excellent place in Shibya to have grilled/Sashimi fish at the affordable pricing. Lunch is particularly recommended as you get to choose from a variety of fish list and it comes as a meal (with rice and miso soup). Very affordable course dishes with all-you-can-drink are available for dinner. Should try this place at least once if you are a Sashimi/grilled fish fan. Worth a look at the traditional Japanese interior and the chef grilling lots of fish right in there.

Yakiniku-Shibaura Akasaka Bettei
An awesome Yakiniku restaurant I like just as much as Yoroniku -- but this one is much easier to make a reservation for and its location is more convenient. Not sure why it's not yet so popular and I hope it stays that way so that I can just keep coming without any hassle. The quality of beef here is great and is affordably priced. You can also do lunch here, so come for it for the first time. Good for a date dinner, or bring quests to. You'll be a fan.

My Top 5 Hamburgers in Tokyo
Here are my top 5 hamburgers available in Tokyo.
1. AS Classics Diner
Quality beef, finely balanced with a bunch of different toppings. The Roppongi branch is very convenient to go to.
2. MUNCH'S BURGER SHACK
A great hamburger restaurant. Serves other dishes that are also very good. A bit far from terminal stations, but it's worth a bit of a train ride.
3. Reg-On Diner
Far from any stations so a bit of a walk is required. Their burgers are pretty good and it's worth the walk.
4. Rigoletto
Located in Roppongi Hills. Easy access, nice interior. Open until late. Many other dishes are available. The onion & mushroom burger is awesome.
5. BLACOWS
Super beefy/meaty hamburgers, located in Ebisu. A good option to have in this area.
*Not ranked in my list but...

Burger Mania
Serves well balanced hamburgers and other dishes like steaks and pancakes, nice interior/atmosphere, open on weekends/until late. 3 branches in Tokyo as of March 2017, convenient locations, can be used for a date meal. A nice option to have a hamburger in a nice atmosphere with someone else.

Tanmen-ShakiShaki
"Tanmen" is a kind of Ramen that is usually salt-based Ramen with stir-fried vegetables on top of the noodles. Healthier than regular ramen and less calories. Girls tend to like Tanmen more than regular Ramen. This Tanmen restaurant serves pretty good Gyoza as well. The best Tanmen I've ever had is Tonari but this one is also good.

Nikugatou

A good Yakiniku option in this area. Well balanced, reasonably priced. Quality beef. The portion feels a bit small for me for the pricing and I'd appreciate more sauce on each dish (you'd need to ask for it). Pretty light taste overall. Small place but cozy atmosphere. Open for Sundays too.

Yakiniku Horumon Dougen
Source: ほねつきかるべ (Tabelog)
Located deep in the red-light district in Shibuya, it's a small, shabby Yakiniku restaurant that serves good quality beef at the affordable pricing. Not best for date dinner as you can see, but good for a group of friends/colleagues to have fun together having tasty beef. The noodles dish, which people usually order at the end, is also very good, so make sure to try it.
