Maruyamakippei

Placed in my top 2 Tonkatsu in my life. Absolutely great. It's deep-fried just right and tastes like heaven. They use the brand pork called "Hayashi SPF" and this pork just goes beyond pork.....oh man, you just have to give it a shot to understand what I'm saying!  It's got no smell of usual pork meat and super flavorful....

The only downside of this restaurant is the chef being so short-temper and even yells at customers when something's not right for him...so don't move a thing in there and wait quietly. Don't even say a word....
