L'Effervescence
One of the most highly rated French restaurants in Tokyo (as of December 2016) and it deos seeem pretty popular for those who pursue advanced, modern style French cuisine. Nice interior, appropriate for any important occasions. Service wasn't too close but not too distant either. Beautiful dishes, fun for your eyes. The quality of taste wasn't so impressive, so I kept my rating relatively low. Many people don't come here just for taste but other things like how advanced their dishes are, presentations, ingredients, tools used and so forth. Go check it out yourself!
