Owned by a well-known French pastry chef, 4 branches in Tokyo as of February 2017. Each bread has a little twist to it. Unique combinations of ingredients and toppings. Though a bit more expensive than ordinary bakeries, the quality makes it reasonable. Pretty fun to choose from the shelves.
