Shioshoga-Ramen MANNISH

f:id:yuichironagai:20170415132529j:plain

"Shio" in Japanese means salt and "Shoga" is ginger, so it's a chicken-stock-based Ramen with salt and ginger flavor. Pretty light taste, ginger doesn't stand out too much. You can eat it like a chicken ginger soup, so the flavor may be a little too subtle for you. Pretty good overall, should probably taste better after a few beers, though.

The inside is very tiny, 7 counter seats only, looking like a bar (probably it used to be). You have to go down the narrow stairs to the entrance, so watch your step.

My rating: 4.5
