Misuji
A good alternative when too late to make a reservation for Yoroniku, for which you usually have to call them up 3+ weeks prior especially if intending for a Friday or weekend. Misuji is run by the same restaurant group as Yoroniku and serves the same quality of meats. You need to grill the meats yourself here, though. Always NOT as crowded as Yoroniku, so a good second choice.
