Udon Shin
Probably, the best Udon place in the Shinjuku area where there aren't many Udon competitors. The only issue is that this place is tiny and gets crowded, so you may have to get in the line and wait for a while, 4 out of 5 times. Pretty good. Best for lunch as customers stay long during the dinner hours and you'd get furious outside waiting.
