MERCER runs stylish dining restaurants/cafes in central Tokyo (there are branches outisde Tokyo too) and they are often used for dates because of their romantic atmosphere. And the pricing is still relatively friendly.

Some of the branches serve breakfast menu and I personally love thier French toasts that are just cooked perfectly and so appropriate for weekend, relaxing breakfast. Highly recommed it.
