Rated as "butcher to the best" by New York Times, came to Japan and opend up their first branch in Japan back in November 2015. Lunch menu is still affordable but dinner can easily go over 10,000 JPY if you intend to eat lots of meat, so I recommend you go for lunch for the first time and see if you'd be excited to come back for dinner. It feels to me that the cost/quality balance isn't so good here.

My rating: 3.5
